Our esteemed director Mr. Achal Kumar Gupta has more than 15 years of experience in Real Estate Development and construction. He started his career constructing builder floors in 2006 in Delhi NCR, intending to construct beautiful, affordable, independent residential homes. In 2007, Mr. Gupta started a residential project with the brand name “Dream Homz” in Rudrapur, Uttarakhand under the banner of “Sam Buildcon”. With the success of its Rudrapur project, he added another milestone by launching the project under the name & style “Panache” at Ganga Nagar in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. The aspiration, aptitude, and abundance in nature of achieving higher goals from the very start of his career have become a dream come true which resulted in the formation of Real Estate Company in the name and style of ASGI Properties Private Limited, a group housing project with the brand name” ASG APPLE 7” The reasons for the rise are Think good, Think high. The glorious experience in the Real Estate Industry as Promoters, Developers, and Colonizers, building world-class Residential and Commercial Complexes, adding international aesthetic sense, Mr. Gupta visualizes to promote the real estate industry and Infrastructure development to its new heights.
